Dratini can be both male and female and their genders are hard to tell the difference since both the mail and female have blue bodies and white undersides. The Pokemon was orgininally thought to be a myth. However, these Pokemon are now seen within rivers and other bodies of waters with colonies underwater. Dratini sheds it skills regularly since it grows constantly. When it does shed its skin, it hides behind a large waterfall.
